We choose the clients we represent carefully and thoughtfully. We seek to represent select developer clients in the marketing of their properties for sale and use a complete team approach to every deal. This team includes our founder, Ian Harrison, but also our talented internal marketing staff, as well as a crew of photographers, videographers and story-editors to tell the story appropriately. We have developed a long list of family offices, foreign investors, pension funds, wealth advisors, CPAs, institutional investors and other private investors – a budding cadre of investors seeking those properties we specialize in selling.

If a client requires more than analysis, sourcing and negotiation, Great Rivers has the expertise to carry the transaction from introduction to closing and beyond. We provide lease reviews, purchase agreements and we can arrange third party reports. This may include environmental and property condition assessments, as well as land surveys and appraisals.
To further streamline the transaction, Great Rivers can leverage its relationships with lenders, title companies and attorneys to arrange financing and set up closings. Post-closing, we can provide clients peace of mind with a value-added asset management service.
