We seek to represent select developer clients in the marketing of their properties for sale and use a complete team approach to every deal. This team includes our founder, Ian Harrison, but also our talented internal marketing staff, as well as a crew of photographers, videographers and story-editors to tell the story appropriately. We have developed a long list of family offices, foreign investors, pension funds, wealth advisors, CPAs, institutional investors and other private investors – a budding cadre of investors seeking those properties we specialize in selling.
