Great Rivers works closely with corporate tenants wishing to monetize the value of their properties via sale leaseback financing. We work to completely understand the company’s existing values and vision, and we understand the importance of real estate as a component of the overall corporate strategy.
We take this a step further by sourcing qualified buyers in the off-market space, providing corporations with smoother transactions and a great deal of privacy during the process.
